About Jason’s Kentucky appearence

It seems the information provided on the date of this appearence was wrong, it was July 9th, not July 10th. It’s very upsetting because I know several of JCO’s readers went on this information, drove 4 and 6 hours just to get there for nothing. I wrote SOAPS.com an e-mail about this and got this reply;

Hi Yasmin,
That sounds very terrible and we’re sorry to hear that the report was inaccurate and that your friend made it a day early because of that report and then had nasty car issues. The reporters only report on what we are given by the studios or the PR teams and usually facts are checked but when it comes from a representative, we trust the source. We have since learned that this misinformation was given to a few trusted reporters and have notified them of the issue. In the future, I’d recommend checking the site that the reporter links to for ticket information. It’s always a good idea but strangely it was incorrect there as well this time.

Please extend our unhappiness over this to your friend. We can assure you that we’ll be fact finding even when it’s a PR rep sending us information. Incidentally this is the first time they’ve been inaccurate.

So it seems SOAPS.com were given bad information. It’s a very sad situation, and I hope everyone who turned up only to be disappointed get another chance to meet Jason again soon.
